Free delivery service is available the next day on orders placed before 4:30 pm in our delivery area on purchases of more than $35.
An order can be delivered even if you have no current account with Brassard Buro. Just pay by phone when placing the order with a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express). Unfortunately, no personal checks are accepted.
Furniture and special order
For any special order item, an approximate lead time of about 10 days is calculated and the goods are non-returnable.
All products are covered by manufacturer warranties and possibility of extended warranty.
Only goods in their original packaging, not used, are accepted for exchange or refund. No goods may be returned without an authorization for this purpose. Special orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All notices must be received within 7 days of receiving your order. Handling fees may be charged if the return conditions are not met.
Any item ordered in error must be reported immediately.
When a credit, refund or replacement is made, Brassard Buro undertakes to do so within 30 business days.
